		<description>This is awesome! I grew up in Cooperstown NY and went to Emma Willard (troy). My Dad grew up in Schenectady and my Mom in Saratoga! I am thrilled to hear of this initiative. Maybe you can get some local high schoolers involved? I am heading to Cooperstown this week to can Apricot Jam, bread &amp; butter pickles and tomatoes. We have a whole canning cellar in our house! Bravo for this initiative. Let me know if you ever want to collaborate on a project.</description>
