I&#039;ve done quite a bit of canning this summer and I&#039;m so excited to pass on this excitement to others.  I referenced this site in my blog this week--as I&#039;m dedicating all the posts this week to canning:

I noticed that your list of books didn&#039;t include &quot;So Easy to Preserve&quot; by the University of Georgia extension and they are a valuable resource and are part of the National Center for Home Food Preservation, which is a great website to find safe canning practices and methods.
