I found your website a few weeks ago and I just wanted to say what a great idea this is! I’ve done quite a bit of canning this summer and I’m so excited to pass on this excitement to others. I referenced this site in my blog this week–as I’m dedicating all the posts this week to canning:

I noticed that your list of books didn’t include “So Easy to Preserve” by the University of Georgia extension and they are a valuable resource and are part of the National Center for Home Food Preservation, which is a great website to find safe canning practices and methods.
