Canned salsa this week! Tomatoes galore, good stuff!
canning peach curry sauce – yum!!!
I’m going to attempt peaches in vanilla-wine syrup. Hopefully, the peaches won’t float this time. That just freaks me out.
Peach jam, pickled zucchini, hot dilly beans, and even canned a few cupcakes as gifts.
Oh yes, I canned: tomato soup, pickles, pickled beets and jalapeño jelly (recipe here: http://chiotsrun.com/2009/09/01/making-jalapeno-jelly/). Today I’m making more tomato soup and some elderberry syrup & jelly.
