I have been canning since I was a teenager - -and am now a woman of a "certain age." Over the years my Christmas gifts to friends and family have always included my homemade red raspberry jam, among others. The raspberry jam has proven such a favorite and with the cost of fresh red raspberries accelerating here in Northeastern Ohio, we've planted 20 canes of our own. The hope is I can give larger jars of jam this Christmas. Having viewed this feature I have loads of ideas how to decorate them! Thanks again! Loved this feature!
