You Can! An Introduction to the Basics of Water-Bath Canning

Cost: $85.00 – includes all supplies, foods, notebook w/instructions + recipes
Details: Four-Hour hands on workshop teaches all the basics of safe, healthy water bath canning. Class will prepare three kinds of the most popular canning products: a fruit, a tomato and a pickle. All students will leave with a jar of each product, a notebook of the standards of canning along with recipes for the products canned.
