Happy 2012, fellow canners! It’s time to get back into the swing of things, and this week, we’re back to featuring the weekly photo series. Since it’s a great time for citrus, I thought we’d kick off the year with these satsumas. This picture was taken by Rachel is Coconut & Lime.
